Refunds Policy

Although the essential software itself is free of charge, additional advanced features such as Organization, Venues & Court Managment and some add-ons such as embedding widgets, enabling participants to score tournament matches, live streaming a match may incur an optional cost. These advanced features & add-ons are available for purchase at the user's discretion and once purchased, they are immediately activated and cannot be deactivated. Refunds are not possible once the add-ons have been purchased.
